Shipments, returns, complaints and claims

Shipping: 

All returns are conditioned to verification of the product by Mandalas para el Alma. The product will be exchanged if it is because of bad handling in transport, storage or manufacturing defects. The customer must report through the mail logistica@andreagudelo.com that he/she has problems with the product; after being reported, Andre Agudelo will confirm it.

The customer must deliver the product to Andre Agudelo's in Medellin through a carrier with the "cash on delivery" option since Andre Agudelo assumes this cost.

If the replacement is in Medellin after reported we will make the change. The exchange process may take from 8 to 10 working days while it is confirmed, the product arrives at the installations and is sent again.
