Cannes Lions is a global event for all those passionate about communication, innovation, creativity, advertising, marketing, and related topics, where many people participate with their creative works to win some of the most prestigious awards that are given to the best advertising projects on the planet. The festival lasts 7 days and is presented in Cannes, France.
In 2019, seven Colombians represented the country as part of the jury in the categories Brand Experience & Activation, Direct, Innovation, Media, PR, and Radio. Also, in the same year, Colombia was rewarded with 9 lions!!!. What a great feeling to see that we have very talented people in the industry who represent us and are a reference of inspiration for the whole world.
Creativity moves us forward. Last year, the event was supposed to take place in October, clearly, it had to be canceled, but the organization didn't close the door to creativity and they decided to create a digital platform so that all creatives can continue learning, especially to get adapted to the new challenge we are facing today. The platform is called Creativity moves us forward.
